This agreement concerns custom software supplied by Inbound Studio under a written project agreement. It does not grant a license to third-party products or describe a downloadable product currently offered on this site. Installation scope, ownership, warranty, support, maintenance, and transfer rights may be agreed in writing for a specific project; that written agreement governs where it differs from these general terms.
